Arrest in Jack in the Box Murder

Sparks police have announced the arrest of the man they believe was behind an early morning murder this weekend, at a fast food restaurant.

19-year old Ever Alarcon of Reno was taken into custody, after being interviewed by detectives. Alarcon is a known gang member, and is being held on Murder charges, with no bail.

Investigators believe he was behind the stabbing death of 18-year old Manuel Franco, in the early morning hours of May 28th.

Witnesses said it happened at a Jack in the Box, at 655 east Prater way.

Alarcon is being held without bail.
