News Channel 8 has learned the name of the victim who died as a result of a fight at a fast-food restaurant.
Sparks Police say Manuel Franco, 18, was stabbed during a fight early Sunday morning at the Jack-in-the-Box on Prater and McCarran. He was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
Prior to the incident, Franco was accompanied by a 14 year-old juvenile and two other adults. One of the adults, Jose Perez, 18, was injured during the fight and was treated and released from a local hospital.
It's still not clear as to why the fight started or what the motive was. The investigation for this case continues.
