Firefighters evacuated dozens of people, some of them in wheelchairs, from the Citi Vista Apartments after some sort of an explosion that caused flooding inside the building.
It happened just after midnight, and the water was turned off at around 12:15 am.
A citifare bus was used to temporarily house the residents, and the Red Cross was also called in to help. The flooding prevented firefighters from using the stairwell for evacuation, but luckily, no one was injured.
We'll continue to follow this as the investigation continues.
