RENO - A rollover crash involving a stolen car caused a major traffic back up early Thursday on Interstate 80 near Boomtown.
The crash occurred along the eastbound lanes of I-80 at around 10 A.M. Nevada Highway Patrol investigators say after the solo crash, two men inside the car fled the scene towards the Boomtown Casino. They were arrested moments later with the help of Reno Police. Investigators say the car appears to have been stolen from the Sacramento area.
The incident caused about a mile-long traffic backup in that area for about an hour.
