The Reno Police Department says the actual standoff only lasted about 15 to 20 minutes and possibly no arrests will even be made, if no one presses charges.
According to detectives, this started with a neighbor's domestic dispute.
Police say the woman in unit 13 says she wanted to break up the fight, so she began shooting at the ground.
When police arrived they say the female suspect would not come out of her home.
A negotiator was able to calm the woman down and convince her to come outside and release a statement about the incident.
Police say the female suspect was intoxicated, which only complicated the situation.
Police say they were continuing to take statements, and talk to the other potential victim as they continue this investigation.
