Undercover Meth Investigation Results in Five Arrests

Reno Police arrested five men during an undercover investigation Friday afternoon at a Reno apartment, after confiscating 110 grams of methamphetamine.

Investigators say officers obtained a search warrent after the arrests, then returned to apartment on Cheney Street Friday night and discovered another 85 grams of meth, totaling nearly 200 grams with a street value of $14,000.

An undisclosed amount of marijuana was also found.

The five men arrested include:

Jose "Gordo" Hernandez of Reno, 25
Gustavo Hernandez of Sparks, 26
Jose Miguel of Sparks, 24
Salvador Chavo Cervantes of Sparks, 29
Jose Jaurez of Sparks, 25

Each man faces a host of felony drug charges.
