SPARKS - At 11:00 Wednesdsay, the 20th Annual Rib Cook-Off opens to the general public. It runs through Labor Day, which is Monday, September first. The event takes place in Victorian Square in downtown Sparks. The best part? It's free!
New events at the 2008 Rib Cook-Off include the Running of the Pigs, a photo contest and cooking demos to name a few.
Entertainment features include great bands on five different stages, cash prizes, eating contests and even fun for the kids.
