$10,000 FBI Reward for Jewelry Store Robberies Tip

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - The FBI is offering a reward up to $10,000
for information leading to the arrest and conviction in a string of
armed robberies at jewelry stores in Oregon, California and Nevada.

The suspect is a white man in his 20s described as about 5-feet-10 to 6 feet tall, about 160 to 180 pounds, with dark hair.

He enters the store and orders employees and customers to the floor while brandishing a black, semiautomatic handgun.

To date, he's stolen at least $150,000 worth of jewelry in robberies in Eugene, Tahoe City, Calif., and State Line, Nev.
