RENO, Nev. (AP) - Firefighters hope by the end of the day Thursday to contain a 3,000-acre wildfire in the Seven Lakes Mountains north of Reno. An official with the Sierra Front Interagency Dispatch Center in Minden says there were no major flare-ups after the fire was declared 75 percent contained. Wednesday. Fire officials think lightning sparked the fire Tuesday about 3 miles east of U.S. Highway 395.
