Wednesday morning, Bruce Johnson held a press conference at the County Courthouse in Reno to state his case.
Johnson claims that he and 3 other African American friends were shopping at the Walgreens on 750 North Virginia Street in February of 2003 when a clerk uttered a racial slur.
In the lawsuit, the foursome --all from Houston-- is asking for 10-thousand dollars in damages each.
