RV Sales Hurt By Gas Prices

David McKinnish at McKinnish Camper says that people are still RVing, depsite high fuel prices, but prices are hurting the sale of new RVs.

McKinnish says the people who already have purchased RVs still want to use them, so they are tailoring their plans to curb high fuel prices. He says that people are bringing along hamburger instead of steak for their cook-outs and traveling closer to home. With the high cost of airplane tickets, along with the extra baggage fees, traveling by RV might be the most economical way to go for a family.
