The "new" warden, at the Nevada State Prison, isn't making friends with the inmates...after he's cut several programs.
A sweep of the grounds, a few months ago, found two dozen hand made weapons.
Many were discovered in the garden area...which has since been closed off to inmates.
Warden Bill Donay also shut down the music room and stopped movie screenings at the prison.
His critics say, most surprising, closing the hobby craft store.
Prison Director, Glen Whorton, says the prison needs to do a better job managing inmate money.
The warden is keeping the horse adoption and puppies on parole programs.
