Colorado Cowboy Wins All-Around Honors At Annual Reno Rodeo
Josh Peek of Pueblo, Colo., won the all-around and tie-down roping titles at the 89th Reno Rodeo.

Josh Peek of Pueblo, Colo., won the all-around and tie-down roping titles at the 89th Reno Rodeo.
Peek says he would dedicate his all-around Silver Spurs to his father, Ray, who spent all week in Reno with him. He won $11,758.
Other champions crowned Saturday night included Bobby Mote of Culver, Ore., in bareback riding, and Wade Sumpter of Fowler, Colo., in steer wrestling.
Other champions were Nick Sartain of Pilot Point, Texas, and Rhen Richard of Roosevelt, Utah, in team roping; Jesse Kruse of Great Falls, Mont., in saddle bronc riding; Mary Burger of Pauls Valley, Okla., in barrel racing; and Fred Boettcher of Rice Lake, Wis., in bull riding.
The nine-day rodeo offered $550,000 in prize money and drew 61,730 people.
