Snag In Reno Hilton Sale

Nevada gambling regulators have postponed approving a license for a new Reno Hilton casino manager.
Regulators on the Nevada Gaming Control Board are citing
concerns that a new owner has not fully secured financing to buy
the property.
The project developer said the one-month delay by the Nevada
Gaming Control Board won't stop plans to buy the hotel-casino.
Grand Sierra Resort Corporation plans to turn the casino into a
hotel-condominum-casino resort with several towers and the nation's
largest indoor water park.
The company says it's prepared to spend 150 (M) million dollars
to the property from Harrah's Entertainment.
