It was a tense scene in Las Vegas Monday night after a Craigslist advertised sale ended in gunfire.

It happened after a man selling a pair of Air Jordan shoes met up with four potential buyers at a gas station.

Police say when the seller got there, one of the four buyers distracted him while another snatched the sneakers.
The four suspects took off in their car.

The seller followed them and opened fire... hitting one of the suspects. That man is expected to be okay. The other three suspects got away.

Police later found them holed up in an apartment building

Who the heck sells shoes at gas station to strangers who arrange the sale on the phone? Something doesn't smell right here. However, the crook got what he deserved. From the time of statehood until about 25 years ago there was a law in the NRS that allowed a victim of a felony to pursue the criminal for up to 25 miles and use deadly force to apprehend him. Too bad the law got removed from the books. Hey Dick Gammick, remember the last time that law was used? I'll bet Dick Kirkland remembers it too.

So all you folks will just lay down and let someone take what's yours? If so then that's the reason people do foolish things cause there's always a push over out there that won't do anything to let fools know it's not a game.

unfortunatly for the victim since his life wasn't in danger they'll probably hose him
