The parents of this poor child should be locked in their SUV for 17 hours in the hot sun. Maybe people wouldn't be so blase' about it if they were punished in the same way they tortured this kid. Give me a break LV Police. These parents should be sitting in jail and you haven't even filed charges? Are you waiting for them to roast another of their 6 remaining sons?
