Police have arrested a man and are questioning him about a shooting Monday afternoon, that left a Reno resident dead.
The suspect is 27-year-old Lavelle Lowe of Reno. Lowe is considered armed and dangerous. He's also wanted for a parole violation in California.
Detectives say he was arguing with 31-year-old David Carbajal at the Community Gardens Apartments in Northeast Reno, when shots rang out.
Neighbors found Carbajal bleeding to death, next to a tree.
They say he had three bullet wounds in his chest.
He was transported to Washoe Medical Center...where he later died.
Neighbors say this was the second argument, that day, between the two men.
What it was about...no one is saying...for fear of retaliation.
Police confirm Carbajal and Lowe were visiting friends or family members at the apartment complex.
But, they don't know much more about their relationship.
