The Reno City Council today directed staff to come up with a way to stop restricted gaming license holders...from setting up what some would describe as a "neighborhood casino."
Staff will now look at developing criteria that would prohibit an establishment or adjacent establishment with restricted gaming from creating a perception that the primary business is a casino or gambling hall.
The definition of a restricted gaming license allows for 15 or fewer slot machines and prohibits table games.
