Restaurant owners have seen the cost of cooking oil more than double in the past year. It is only fair to pay the restaurant owner for oil if it can be recycled into a high value product (fuel).
Whay is he paying anything to pick up the cooking oil from restuarants? If he was not picking up thier waste used oil..THEY would have to PAY someone to pick it up and dispose of it.
