The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) are investigating two crashes that occurred in the early morning hours of May 10, 2008.

At approximately 2:30 am Friday morning, a Dodge 4x4 vehicle was traveling northbound on Eastlake Blvd. in Washoe Valley. The driver, a 32 year old male, lost control of the vehicle near Freckles Court. The vehicle crossed the roadway and into a field rolling twice. I am sure that Hrslvr1 knows by now that this information came from the Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT). The fact that his family was first on the scene doesn't mean she was driving and who cares...what is done is done.

It was a sad day to lose my young niece and her boyfriend. My deepest sympathy to my family and to my niece's boyfriend's family

I cannot believe this!! What kind of reporters do we have out there?? HE WAS NOT DRIVING!!! If you cannot verify something, don't report it. Simple as that, or here's a novel idea: research the facts and make sure you know who was driving. He wasn't driving, she was.
