Look I know the guy, and I know the case. I can tell you that I know for certain its not him. Im not gonna discuss the case, but I want you to know, that he is one of the greatest guys Ive ever known and am looking forward to seeing him when his case gets overturned. The problem with the legal system is that they are so into convicting someone than researching all the truth in every person.
The "Ninth Circus" is the laughing stock of the legal world. A loss there is a certain victory further up the Appeals ladder. Try the guy again and get it right. What a waste of common sense and dollars.
