Proposal Favors Ratepayers in Failed Nevada Energy Plant Case
A proposed state order would give a Nevada utility only about $6 million of the $42 million it sought from ratepayers for a failed clean-coal generating plant - that already has netted more than $200 million in taxpayer and ratepayer dollars.

why should the ratepayers be responsible if it was them that decided to experiment how does that work. i feel they are trying to get something for nothing and in the world today it stands stronger than it ever has before NOTHING IS FREE!!!!!!!!!!!
