There's still no resolution of a dispute over the best way to give about 300-million dollars to Nevada citizens in a rebate.
The Assembly wants to send rebates of *sales* taxes to anyone with a driver's license or state I-D -- and Governor Guinn is holding out for vehicle registration fees. Although he has compromised saying the minimum residents would get back is 50 dollars, the maximum is $280.
Also, there's no final decision by the Senate on an Assembly measure to help Nevadans buy lower-priced Canadian prescription drugs on line.
Action on that... might not occur until the very end of the session.
