RENO, NV - Two people have been arrested after a domestic disturbance that was first reported as a break-in and attack.
Early Wednesday morning, the Washoe County Sheriff's Office reported two men were suspected of breaking into a home in Sun Valley and attacking the man who lived there. This was around one a.m. in the 5600 block of Duclercque Way.
One of the suspects was reportedly armed with an axe, and the other had a sword. The person inside the home was injured and was taken to the hospital for treatment of his cuts. He has already been released and is back home after treatment.
The sheriff's office now says this was not a break-in, and everyone involved knew each other.
