In light of Brianna's disappearance a group of local woman's organizations are coming together by sponsoring "To Take Back The Night - Take Back Our Lives... For Bri".
The two day event starts later this morning at 10:30am on the U-N-R campus.
It's an empowerment and safety awareness initiative.
T-shirts and whistles will be distributed and experts will be available providing information about self-defense and personal safety.
The "Take Back the NIght - Take Back Our Lives... For Bri" events will be:
Friday, 10:30am through the lunch hour, in front of the Joe Crowley Student Union.
Saturday, 5:30pm prior to the 6pm womans basketball game at the Lawor Events Center.
