LAS VEGAS (AP) - Three GOP leaders in Nevada have agreed to support Arizona Sen. John McCain at the national Republican convention.
A party official says that Nevada Republican Party Chairwoman Sue Lowden and national committee members Joe Brown and Beverly Willard made the decision Wednesday.
As party leaders, the three automatically get a vote at the convention in September. They had agreed to remain neutral during the primary.
The majority of Nevada Republicans who participated in thestate's caucuses in late January supported McCain's rival for the nomination, Mitt Romney. Romney has since bowed out of the race.
