RENO, NV - A Reno man is charged with battery with a deadly weapon after an attack against another man Sunday.
Police say the victim had been arguing about money with Ernest McNeal at Whitaker Park on University Terrace, when McNeal pulled a knife and stabbed the victim. Police say the victim's injuries are not life-threatening, but he was taken to Renown for treatment.
McNeal was arrested a short time later in downtown Reno.
