A 7-month-baby is dead after being left in a hot truck for hours.
It happened Thursday in Sugar Land, Texas. Police say the father took the baby with him to drop off his two other kids at school. Then he went to work and returned home... leaving the child in the truck.
It wasn't until his wife called hours later that he realized the baby was dead inside the car.
Charges in the case are pending.
