They say he set six fires starting just after 10-thirty Wednesday night, the last fire was set just after six Thursday Morning. The most serious case was just outside City Hall. The heat from that fire broke out the windows, and damaged a federal express box. The five other fires were set in or near dumpsters...in the downtown area.
