The Reno Planning Commission has unanimously endorsed plans for a 40-unit luxury condominium project along the Truckee River.
But neighbors of the proposed "Davanti on the River" project
say they will appeal that decision to the City Council.
They say the 11-story project would obliterate views from their
homes and hurt their property values.
The 35 million dollar million Davanti project calls for a three-tiered design with seven floors in the front, 10 stories in the middle and 11 stories at its highest level.
