From KOLO 8 Weather Now... The National Weather Service in Reno has issued a Wind Advisory. A wind advisory will be in effect from 8 AM until 11 PM on Thursday.

Power Back on in Lassen County
The power is back on now in Susanville, except for in some isolated areas.

At least 17,000 customers were in the dark Thursday in Lassen County.

The Susanville Fire Department says a downed powerline in the Feather River Canyon area may be to blame.

The Lassen County Sheriff's department says the areas of Susanville and Janesville were affected.
