28 people are waking up in the Washoe County Jail this morning on DUI charges. Trooper Chuck Allen says a woman was arrested when she was found passed out in her vehicle that was stopped in the travel lane on the Pyramid Highway.
One man arrested for DUI was also charged with child endangerment because his young children were in the vehicle.
The Carson City Sheriff's Department says it was a typical New Year's Eve.
