Darren Mack's new defense team says there's evidence that could help clear their client. They say it's buried in the Lockwood Landfill and his previous attorneys failed to try to find it. These allegations come from those motions that were expected to be filed last Friday.

This story is a waste of space. He had his trial, he had his chance. He will be filling motions for the next 20 years so don't waste newsprint.
I don't think there is anyone out there, except for Mack's family, that is going to "buy" this story. He needs to just do his time and be thankful he did not get the death penalty. In self defense, you don't stab some repeatedly, especially when they are smaller than you and when your own child is in the house!!! If that is what the Mack family calls a good father, our society is definitely in bad shape.
