A suspect wanted in the shooting of an Idaho police officer ihas been captured here in Reno.
The arrest happened at a Wendy's restaurant near the corner of Oddie and Silverada in Northeast Reno.
At last word, the Idaho police officer was still in critical condition but stable and improving. He was taken off a ventillator today.
As for Perez, he's at the Reno police station, awaiting detectives on their way from Idaho.
If he doesn't fight extradition, Perez could be headed back there next Monday.
He's charged with several felonies and his bail has been set at a million dollars.
