The mens drop-in center was expected to be filled to capacity Tuesday night.
An employee says that's been the case almost every night within the past week.
The main facility on Record Street was filled, and a van began taking people to an overflow building on North Edison Way.
A combined 250 people were estimated to sleep at those locations.
The drop-in center says no one is turned away in these bitter temperatures.
An shelter employee says donations of things like blankets and jackets are needed.
