From KOLO 8 Weather Now... The National Weather Service in Reno has issued a Wind Advisory. A wind advisory will be in effect from 8 AM until 11 PM on Thursday.

Foster Grandparent Program In Reno
The Foster Grandparent Program is an inter-generational program that pairs kids with senior citizens.

Foster Grandparents are paired with at-risk kids in our community. The Grandparents teach kids how to read, mentor them, and spend one of one time with them. Foster Grandparents volunteer in Washoe County Schools, at juvenille hall, and in the drug court.
