Lippincott Named Nevada's MVP

Junior running back Luke Lippincott has been selected as Nevada's most valuable player.

Lippincott received the Golden Helmet Award during a ceremony today, a day after the Wolf Pack's 49-to-10 victory over Louisiana Tech to end the regular season.

Senior tight end Adam Bishop was named the team's Outstanding Offensive Player of the Year, while senior linebacker Ezra Butler was the Outstanding Defensive Player of the Year.

Junior Kevin Grimes was named the Outstanding Special Teams Player of the Year.

Nevada has a 6-and-6 record and a 4-and-4 mark in the Western
Athletic Conference. The Wolf Pack is bowl eligible for a third straight year and awaiting a bowl invitation.
