Seismographs around the world recorded this weekends massive Maylasian earthqake
Reno was no exception.
These seismograph charts... recorded at the UNR seismology lab... clearly show this weekend's quake in Southeast Asia.
The 9.0 quake... was the largest in 40-years.
Locally, this morning, a swarm of small earthquakes was also recorded here in the Truckee Meadows.
Scientists here say it will take them several weeks to determine whether seismic activity-- a world apart-- has any connections.
