Nevada brothel owner David Burgess has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Wyoming on charges of possessing and transporting child pornography.
FBI Supervisory Agency Mike West in Reno says Burgess, owner of
the Old Bridge Ranch in Mustang and a leader in the Hells Angels
motorcycle gang, was indicted on the two counts Nov. 13.
West says Burgess appeared before a federal magistrate in Reno
on Friday, and was released with conditions.
He is to appear before a judge in Cheyenne, Wyoming on Nov. 27.
Agents and Reno police raided Burgess' Reno home late last month.
West said that search was related to the recent charges.
He declined details and said the investigation is ongoing.
