The Reno Police Department's Street Enforcement Team arrested 16 women, including two minors, for solicitation for prostitution on Thursday and yesterday night... in the 4th Street area.
The operation is part of an ongoing effort to curb prostitution in the downtown area, and so far 240 arrests have been made.
