Reno Police have arrested the man who they say, tied-up employees at a popular burger joint at gunpoint over the weekend.
Authorities say when 19-year-old Brandon Kono walked into the In-N-Out Restaurant on South Virginia, he was armed with a gun and a knife, and forced the bound workers, into a restroom.
Police say he left the restaurant after he was unable to get any money. The employees were able to free themselves, and call police.
On Tuesday, Kono turned himself in at the Washoe County Jail.
He has been charged with three counts of armed robbery with a deadly weapon, five counts of false imprisonment, and one count of burglary.
His bail has been set at $45,000.
