The RTC is topping off its new 4th Street Station this morning with a bus. That’s happening at 7 AM. They are doing it with a 28-foot, 1960's bus sculpture and placing it on top of a pole. Later on there is a public meeting to to get input on transit priorities and changes to existing routs. That’s happening from 4 pm to 7 pm this evening at 1421 Victorian Avenue in Sparks.
