Rollover blocks all EB I-80 lanes in Verdi for several hours

All lanes of EB I-80 in Verdi are blocked Monday night due to a double rollover.

A trough moving through the Pacific Northwest will bring a break from the intense heat for a few days, with mostly sunny skies. Temperatures will start to warm again late in the week, with mid 90s on the way back for the weekend. Thunderstorm chances are low through early next week. -Jeff
