2nd Annual Reno Women's March

Thousands took to the streets in Reno marching for equality.


A weak system will move quickly through late Sunday into Monday. Controls are again possible in the Sierra at that time, with only light, scattered showers expected east of the Sierra Crest. A stronger storm will move through midweek. This one looks like another shot of wind, followed by rain changing to snow down to valley floors. Wednesday will be windy with rain developing, while Wednesday night into Thursday snow is in the forecast. Details are still hazy at this time, but if you are planning travel during this time in the Sierra, keep this system in mind. -Jeff
