Fire at home in southeast Reno; dog rescued

The fire is reported in the 2700 block of Trail Rider Drive.

A weak system will bring some snow showers to eastern Nevada on Saturday, but will miss the western half of the state. Expect some clouds and a breezy afternoon, but most snow showers will stay east of Highway 95. Next week looks cold and active, with a system dropping into the region on Monday, and another one headed our way late in the work week. Stay tuned. -Jeff
