Suspect dead, deputy hurt in officer-involved shooting

The Douglas County Sheriff's Office confirms a suspect is dead and a deputy suffered non-life threatening injuries in an officer-involved shooting late Saturday, May 19, 2018.

The weather will be warmer over the weekend, but still on the unsettled side. Expect a round of showers and T-storms Saturday afternoon-evening, with showers possible again on Sunday.
