It's long been debated among parents and experts - the issue of spanking.
Now, a new report suggests that spanking your kids could lead to problems later in life.
In an article published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal, researchers analyzed several studies on the topic and found who were physically punished had more mental health disorders and slower cognitive development.
Researchers say the findings show parents should find constructive ways to discipline their kids.
