If you get take-out barbecue from BJ's, chances are your untensils are biodegradable and your take-out container is made from sugar-cane.
BJ's is doing everything they can to make a difference for the environment. They take the time to recycle aluminum cans, plastic bottles and boxes. The owners say, while it may cost more, they know they are doing the right thing for the environment. And, while it does take a lot of time to recycle, they say the energy is well worth it.
