Video gamers are getting their new fix with a new game that became available this morning. Halo 3 was released just after midnight.

Microsoft says more than 10,000 stores were selling the game to customers who just couldn't wait to get their hands on it.

There were even launch parties... in LA, New York and Miami... just to name a few. The previous version, Halo 2, grossed $125,000,000 in it's first day. That was back in 2004.

This game is expected to far surpass that.
