PORT ST. LUCIE, Fl. -- Matthew Underwood was arrested for the second time in Florida early Wednesday morning. TMZ reports that the 22-year-old former Nickelodeon star was charged with violating a 12-month probation stemming from a previous arrest in April, when he was found in possession of marijuana and in the presence of a minor.
According to the police report, the "Zoey 101" star was at Cloud 9, a hookah lounge he co-owns in Port St. Lucie, when authorities caught him 3 A.M. Underwood is currently in custody at Port St. Lucie jail.
In July, Underwood made a deal with prosecutors over his April arrest that allowed him to plead no contest to the charges in exchange for a 12-month probation and substance abuse evaluation.
Underwood isn't the first Nickelodeon star to have had trouble with the law. Over the past year, the tabloids have documented several car accidents that involved Amanda Bynes, while "Gigantic" star Ryan Rottman was charged with drunk driving in 2011.
