LAS VEGAS (AP) - Shania Twain has arrived at Caesars Palace for a two-year residency after parading down the Las Vegas Strip amid a herd of horses.
Police diverted traffic on the tourist corridor for a short time Wednesday afternoon as the country superstar arrived at the resort's fountains on horseback. She was accompanied by several dozen horses and a handful of wranglers.
Twain is due to begin a run of shows at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace starting Dec. 1.
She's the best-selling female country artist of all time, and has sold more than 75 million albums worldwide.
